Terms and Conditions for the Raleigh Motus Electric Bike Prize Draw:

Promoter The promoter of this prize draw is Peddle My Wheels, registered address Unit 3, 17-25 Neville Rd, Croydon CR0 2DS.

Eligibility

Entry is open to all residents of participating London councils.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete the survey linked via,  between 26th December 2024 and 27th February 2025.

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Prize

The prize is one brand-new Raleigh Motus electric bike (RRP £2,399).

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.

The draw will take place on 28th February at 4.00pm.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner’s address at an agreed time and date (Monday-Friday).

The winner is responsible for any additional costs not expressly included in the prize description.

Data Protection

By entering the prize draw, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for the purposes of administering the prize draw in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy.

Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice.

The promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
